Just made it back last night from our tour in Czech. We stayed in the northern regions and we went to Prague, Kutna Hora, Most, Decin, Tachov, Plzen, Prestice, and Cheb. There was a missions conference in Prague and we got to hang out with the January 2011 MOTA DTS from Herrnhut. We went to a lot of churches and youth groups to share testimonies, worship, and tell people about YWAM. In Decin we got to spend time with the homeless community and we saw a lot of fruit coming out of the ministry the church there has been doing for the last six years. God led some of us into a beautiful time of deliverance prayer with them. It was also one of the greatest blessings of my life to be the first person to explain the gospel to young atheists.
One of the really cool things about doing the tour is that there hasn’t been a DTS in the Czech Republic for about ten years now, and we saw so many people become interested in doing one. We are happy to say that there is a YWAM base in Cheb that is gearing up to do their first DTS this February. It’s really exciting to see God provide discipleship opportunities in Czech.
See you soon.
